TRALD Productions (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our apps work, how advertising is handled, and what rights you have under applicable privacy laws.

Information We Do Not Collect

Our apps are designed for privacy. We do not collect, track, or store personal information, photos, usage data, or account details. All user-created content, such as photos or notes, remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.

We do not maintain servers for user data. The only external content is media (such as images or audio) hosted on secure services like Amazon Web Services, which is delivered directly to your device but not tracked by us.

Advertising and Data Collection

To keep our apps free, we display only non-personalized ads through Google AdMob.

  • Non-personalized ads are based on general factors such as app content and your approximate location, not on your behavior across apps or websites.

  • Google AdMob may collect certain device information (such as your advertising ID, device model, approximate location, and diagnostic data) to display ads, limit ad frequency, and prevent fraud or abuse.

  • We do not access, store, or use this information ourselves.

Consent & Ad Preferences

  • Europe (EEA/UK/Switzerland): When you first open the app, you will see a consent message from Google’s certified Privacy & Messaging CMP (Funding Choices). This allows you to choose whether to grant or deny consent for ad personalization. If you deny consent, only non-personalized ads will be shown—or no ads at all, if required by law.

  • California & Other U.S. States: As required by laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you will have the option to “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” You can change your preferences anytime using the in-app “Manage Privacy Choices” option or by contacting us.

  • California and Similar U.S. States: You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. You may exercise this right using the in-app “Manage Privacy Choices” feature or by contacting us.

Children’s Privacy

Our apps are designed for use by adults (such as parents and caregivers) and are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take steps to delete it.
